I really prefer the blog over the twit.
But I thought I’d give twitter a go today so I set one up.
I really have no idea what I’m doing, but I did find another friend I know from another site, and now I can twitter with her. Sounds attractive.

Lovely little blog, Jack. Keep ‘em coming as they help to allay the tedium of my current chained-to-desk condition! Ten weeks and counting until I am back on the road! Itchy, itchy.

Have a question though.

Why ‘The wrong passage’? What’s the thinking there? Seems a bit value-laden, like normal vs. not normal. There’s what we do and what we don’t do. All of it can lead us somewhere productive, I believe. Maybe y’all are planning to break down the idea that anything like a ‘wrong passage’ actually exists. Smash it down along with the system that promotes the fallacy. That’s a revolution I could get behind.

Watch out for those mossies in India. They’ll get you.

And like all new parents, I trust you savour the feedback from us interested aunties and uncles who periodically drop by to cuddle your little one, coo at how beautiful it is and what a good job you’re doing, then swan off to live our lives, leaving you with more expectations to live up to, more hard work to do to keep it growing and thriving, yet with the affirmation that you’re doing it right so far…

I agree with the person who said you don’t seem to tweet much, for someone addicted to Twitter! Why tweet at Russ when you see him all the time? Answer some of the rest of us who are interested in talking to you guys. :-)

Seriously, though, thanks for keeping up with the blogging and for posting interesting new material every day. I know Russell said this is the “temporary” website, but it’s already about a million times more interesting than the old site ever was. Interactivity and frequent updates are the key.

I don’t have a myspace or facebook since I don’t want to feel obligated to respond to people I don’t care for. It’s lunacy, I tell ye! Therefore, I got a Twitter because people are kind of on their own. More… personal I guess.

I also got this damn thing because I wanted to follow Russ. It’s my new addiction.

thank you for that detailed picture of what twitter is to you, I will be living with that image in my head for awhile…lmao

I am hopelessly addicted to myspace, No I am not a friend collecter, but it does help to keep up with friends that have left my fair city and gone out in the world, and they can keep up with me and my kids through pics and emails and blogs. according to my friend J that I went to high school with and now is a Rockstar says it helps him to feel grounded cause he can watch the kids “he knew since they were born” grow up. and he dosent have to worry about timezones and if we are home, he just logs in and there we are.

I am becoming addicted to twitter as well, if anything watching the byplay between you and Rusty sends me in to giggles. I dont have many friends on twitter yet but hoping that will change soon.
