just because my subservient country is close to americans and follow basically everything they tell us to do (thanks Harper!) does not mean we are americans. What I am referring to is, in your book, there is a letter addressed to americans, why not address it to canadians as well?
or is it a complement by saying we are so aware of the world around us that we don’t need to utilize the footnotes.
