I’ve been listening to “The Best of What’s Legal” — thank you for putting that dvd out in a format that American players can handle. I wish the other dvd’s could be converted as well. Comment from that radio show: It’s not really surprising that you might remind Oliver Stone of Jim Morrison, given that you based part of your persona on Val Kilmer’s portrayal of Morrison IN THE MOVIE THAT STONE DIRECTED. You’re reflecting his own creation back to him. I recently saw that movie again and I did recognize some of your antics. Thank God you gave up the chemicals in time. Poor Jim, dead at 27, a tragedy.

I have to watch these gems without sound, trying to guess what is being said until such time as I can hear them. In the meantime I have consoled myself by sending a comment to the Mail Online who have posted another load of garbage about Russell and his “new lady friend”- I wrote and told them to do their research – the “new lady friend” is Nicola Schuller who has been doing his make-up for some years, and stop referring to him as a “disgraced comedian” – THERE’S NOTHING DISGRACED ABOUT HIM…needless to say they never publish my comments.
