I’ve always wanted to travel there but doubt I will ever have the opportunity – I would be interested to experience it through your intelligence and your eye for life’s fascinating details. My imagination was captured by the book Shantaram, which I highly recommend.
I wish you well with your life – but I do miss your writing, you always make me think as well as smile. Please add a blog or two now and then if you can.
I wouldn’t put it as harshly as Lovelydevil did above, but I do agree that this is a sorry excuse for an update on Russell’s official website. It’s one thing for Katy to post this on her personal Twitter; after all, she’s just posting about her life. But it shouldn’t be a substitute for actual content on Russell’s website. Why not post a “Where is Rusty” update that includes a photo from HIM, or a few words from him about what he thinks of India? Or pretty much anything that isn’t just recycled content from somewhere else. All the tabloids have posted this same photo of them in India. It’s a bit ridiculous that RB’s own site has nothing more to offer than what the tabloids have!
I’ve nothing against Katy or Russell’s relationship with her — if they’re happy, that’s great! But for the love of god, give us something to counter the nonstop diet of “KP+RB forever” in the tabloids… it’s getting old fast! He’s still a comedian right? And a writer? And an actor? And a witty commentator on pretty much any subject? If I didn’t know better, I’d swear his new title was simply “KP’s boyfriend.” :(

I agree with Ruby! This is Rustys and not an other person webside.
Of course he´s in love and we wish him all the best, but since that time he´s different than he was before. Please don´t misunderstood me but in this point of view it seems he was just playing a role in the last years and now he going to offer his true personality behind the mask. I mean his open personality, his wittiness, his writings, his sense and sensibility…..
It seems to me it´s gone or was his behaviour in the last years just an act for public?
Worst of all: There are signs whereby you´ll recognize the rethinking of the people (not only comments on twitter but also on other sides). Slowly but surely Rusty is loosing fans and his reputation because he´s going to upset his fans with his new behaviour plus his new cohabitee. Some friends of mine, since years big fans of him, don´t like to be fans any longer (one of them said: “In the beginning I had adore his intelligence behind all the jokes, but now I don´t like to finance his brainless lifesytle any longer”). Well….
As I said, please don´t misunderstood me. I miss Rusty, the pensive person.
Shame there is such a need to project Russell as KP’s boyfriend-ill advised on Russell’s own website. Would be good to read a little less of the Hollywood hype-it’s getting very tedious

I watched a rerun of the MTV Video Awards. You sir, are a Wanker!!! What gives you the right to run down our country just because you have a forum to do so? You are not a resident of this country, you don’t vote in the elections and you don’t pay taxes. You have no right to air your views on how our country is run and what you think we need just because you are hosting the Video Awards. Go back to England and berate your oun country, and you can take that phony Cockney accent with you. If you want to have anything to say about the USA, become a citizen, vote and pay taxes.
Rusty must reckon these reactions after this post, dear warnockswag, and there is no need to write “project Russell as KP’s boyfriend-ill advised on Russell’s own website”. This is NOT nice and it´s NOT the truth. But what shall people do? He seems as if swallowed up by the earth. They´re on the search of him and do read everything e.g. “Hollywood hype-it’s”. It was a mistake of himself/his team to post this picture. Some people love her like Rusty, some love her not. As you said: This is Rusty´s website…..but it´s not Katy´s!! And there´s no need to have a go at other people views. I thought we were a big Rustyfamily with the same interests but obviously I was wrong after reading your comment :(
I really think the way Russell is wooing Katie is breathtaking. He is doing all the right things. She is so lucky and must be glowing at the moment..
