Correct Daryl – well done, although he did also perform at the Hackney Empire Studio Theatre the year before as one half of Theobald and Brand (On Ice) and with The Soapbox Cabaret

Although I’m not a great fan of his, Charlie Chaplin is undoubtedly one of the all-time, original, comedy greats. If he realises his potential, Russell has the talent to attain the same iconic status.
I wonder if, around the turn of the next century, a famous comedian as yet unborn will be doing a similar shoot all togged up in skinny jeans, eye liner and show-pony hair? I’d like to think so….
