are you playing arthur as in the drunk rich arthur? or some arthur that i am unaware of. i only feel it is the latter because everytime i see a picture of you as arthur you look nice, and unlike the imagery that surfaces in your mind when you hear about Arthur Bach. Or maybe i just can’t let go of the Dudley Moore version. because you do in fact….look like a rich gentleman…and my argument now has no purpose, ha. anyway, good luck with the moooovie and things. the end.

I hope this posting finds you well, Mr. Brand. I am fond of your comedy and wish you a happy and prosperous future.

Until just now, seeing your tweet, I had NO idea they were remaking “Arthur,” let alone with you in the lead. What a deliciously perfect casting choice. I expect you will make a brilliant go of it. My one apprehension: I see Helen Mirren is also in the cast (I’m guessing as Arthur’s stuffy mother). Well, of COURSE she can play that. She can play anything. I think I’d've preferred they had offered the role to Liza Minnelli, not only out of respect to the original film, but for the fact that it is much easier for me to wrap my brain around the idea that you burst forth from Liza’s showbizzy birth canal than the hallowed halls of Dame Helen’s nether regions.

Wow, you could make any clothing look AMAZING! Mad props :)

I certainly understand why London misses you, but we’re thrilled to have you here in America with us ! xoxo

    Damn, Looking good!
But could you squat down a little? I think Arther
    was only around 5′ 4″.
